All-round marketer
We are looking for a driven all-round marketer to join our team. Would you like to create unique stands with our team, both at home and abroad, for the entire KOTI Group? As an all-round marketer you will not only be responsible for organizing and executing our exhibition projects, but you will also fulfill a supporting role within the entire marketing department.
Your responsibilities for the scholarship projects
- Organizing trade shows: You will plan, coordinate and execute trade show exhibits from start to finish.
- Research and Analysis: You will analyze and research new potential trade shows for participation or visits and track market changes and trends to optimize our trade show participation strategy.
- Design and Presentation: You will conceive and design unique booths and product presentations, taking into account available space and budget.
- Competitor research: You will monitor competitors’ activities and translate these insights into areas of improvement for our own trade show presentations.
Your support role within the marketing department
- Internal Marketing: You work on internal communication and marketing activities, such as creating newsletters and making presentations. You will also ensure that documentation, business cards and give-a-ways are always in stock.
- Online Marketing: You will maintain various websites and web shops within WordPress and optimize KOTI’s online presence through SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEA (Search Engine Advertising).
- Email marketing: You will analyze email performance and optimize future campaigns. This includes sending out trade show invitations, thank you emails and newsletters.
- Marketing and Advertising Campaigns: You will conceive, create and execute marketing and advertising campaigns in collaboration with various colleagues from various departments and branches in order to contribute to the broader marketing initiative of the KOTI Group.

- Organizational talent: You have the ability to plan your work well, prioritize and meet deadlines. In addition, you can accurately document projects and manage budgets. This is essential for successfully organizing trade shows and coordinating various marketing activities.
- Problem-Solving Ability: You can quickly and effectively solve problems that may arise while organizing trade shows and other marketing activities, such as last-minute changes or unexpected challenges.
- Analytical Thinking Skills: You have the ability to analyze market trends and competitive data and translate them into strategic decisions for trade show exhibits and marketing campaigns.
- Creativity: You are able to conceive and design creative and attractive booths and marketing materials that are both visually and functionally consistent with KOTI’s objectives.
- Communication skills: You can communicate effectively with various stakeholders, from internal teams to external suppliers and exhibition organizers. Excellent oral and written communication in both Dutch and English is crucial here.
- Technical Skills: Experience with SEO, SEA, and managing websites and web shops within WordPress is a plus, as is knowledge of email marketing tools and strategies.
