    Technical commercial employee inside sales department

    As a technical commercial employee of KOTI, you will ensure that your customers are optimally satisfied with KOTI’s services. You do this with your technical knowledge and insight, among other things, by a correct and fast quotation and order processing, with the aim of satisfying our customers. You take complaints and handle them. You are the link between the customer on the one hand and the sales, calculation, planning and work preparation departments on the other hand, in order to provide the customer with the best possible service and to be their sparring partner in the field of technology.

    In short: this is a position in which you will have many daily contacts with customers, suppliers and professional, driven and enthusiastic colleagues.

    Your responsibilities

    • Speaking to customers and providing them with technical advice
    • Oversee the quality and completeness of information provided
    • Based on information obtained from colleagues within the purchasing and sales departments in the inserting and directing / guiding of quotations
    • Complaint acceptance and handling
    • Processing orders and quotes in our ERP system

    In these points you recognize yourself

    • MBO thinking and working level
    • You have demonstrable technical knowledge and affinity in an inside sales role
    • You are accurate and with good oral and written expression skills in Dutch, German and English
    • In addition, you recognize yourself in the following description: you are technical, customer-oriented, communicatively strong, driven, proactive, results-oriented, disciplined, open and solution-oriented and you do not have a 9-17 mentality
