Brush plate
Brush plates are a widely used product with different capabilities for various applications. Applications range from directing and guiding, transporting, pressing on and support to washing out. Think, for example, of guiding steel plates in a punching machine or preventing damage when processing glass. As standard we carry brushes with a load capacity of 500 kg, 1250 kg and 2000 kg mass per m². Of course, we also make brush plates in any other load capacity. In any shape and design you desire. We are also one of the few manufacturers who can supply brush plates with a size of 2500 x 1200 mm. Depending on the application, the brush occupation is customized with plastic fiber, temperature-resistant fiber up to 210 °C or brass wire. Fill density can also vary. The right choice of fiber and Core material minimizes noise and the risk of damage.
