Work planner WTB
Planning, organizing and organizing: you ensure that everything goes according to plan. As a work planner, you translate the customer’s quotation into a cost price. You take into account the production possibilities and manufacturability of the products. You ensure that all conditions are met to start a project, so that the production process runs as smoothly as possible. In this way, our customers receive the technical brushes on time and can start using them immediately.
Your responsibilities
- Determine and incorporate production methods into the ERP system
- Check order and quotation requests for completeness and manufacturability
- Calculating cost prices
- Preparing BOM (bill of materials) and routes in our ERP system
- You determine the time required for the various operations
- You develop and contribute any necessary tools
- You will create programs for various brush machines in our in-house developed software package
- Creating drawings with a CAD system
- You handle the handling of returned products
- You check standards and adjust where necessary
In these points you recognize yourself
- You have completed a technical education, such as: MTS-WTB or HTS-WTB
- Experience with ERP systems and making 2D and 3D drawings in HiCad is a plus
- You are good at collaborating and interacting with colleagues and suppliers in a timely manner
- You love numbers and have technical understanding
- You are flexible, proactive and customer-oriented
- You can work in a structured and accurate manner
- You see and create opportunities to improve logistics production processes
- You are proficient in both the Dutch, English and German languages
