Alphahon brush
Alphahon brushes are elastic and flexible brushing tools. At the bristle tips, they carry globules made of bonded abrasives. This special construction enables the removal of cross-holes and enhances the adhesion of lubricants. Additionally, they are used to increase the bearing surface of the machined area when simultaneously deburring cross-holes, grooves, and similar features. Special types of Alphahon brushes with flattened wire are available upon request.
