Spiral roller brush double banded
The spiral roller brush double banded is an excellent choice when high demands are placed on optimum brush density for heavy and hard brush fibers and high speeds. The double-belt type construction consists of two metal belts with the outer belt clasping the inner belt. This construction has the advantage of being able to set the density of the brush occupation very well dosing and handle all brush fiber materials – from very fine to very heavy steel wires or plastic fibers – with the clamping of the bristles always being guaranteed. The advantage of the double banding system in practice is that when damage occurs somewhere, a bundle can be released only at that location, while all those other bundles remain well clamped.
