What is certain in any case is that in KOTI’s range of spiral brushes you can always find a product that is exactly tailored to your specific applications. Spiral brushes have a long service life thanks to full Fill. Also notable is the even brush occupation resulting from their construction, e.g. for completely streak-free cleaning. The spiral brushes are available with brush core, on a thin-walled tube or as a loose spiral. Fill can be applied internally or externally and range from nylon and fiberglass to Horse hair, brass and corrugated steel. Spiral roller brushes are available in two basic versions: single banded and double banded. In spiral roller brushes single banded (with an internal diameter from 5 mm), the fibers are clamped in a steel U-profile by means of core wire. Of course, these brushes are available in all Lengths, with various Profile widths and in all brush fibers. The ankle strap version is suitable for almost all purposes. For the single-belt versions, KOTI produces standard profile widths ranging from 2.5 mm to 12 mm.
