Split core brush
The split core brush is a flexible version of the brush roller. It is a brush roller composed of two half shells. This system is widely used where brushes must be changed frequently or where brush rollers are difficult to remove. The major advantage of this system is that the brush core can remain in the machine. The half shells are simply mounted around the brush core. This saves you a lot of time and ensures low downtime of your machine. The half shells are attached to the brush core using stainless mounting screws.
