Quick Chain

The brush belt Quick Chain is constructed from individual links. The individual links are available in 100 and 200 mm widths. This allows for the creation of a brush belt in almost any desired length and width. The Quick Chain system is characterized by its simple assembly and disassembly options. In case of localized wear, a worn brush element can be replaced. The Quick Chain brush belts can be used vertically, horizontally, or at an angle. These belts can transport a variety of products damage-free, quietly, and efficiently. You can think of items such as eggs, fruit, and crates. Depending on the application, the filling is determined; the number of bundles, the diameters of the fibers, and the fiber length.
