Quick Chain

Brush belt Quick Chain is made up of individual links. The individual links are available in 100 and 200 mm width. This allows a brush belt to be created in almost any desired length and width. The Quick Chain system is characterized by its ease of assembly and disassembly. In case of localized wear, a worn brush element can be replaced. Brush belts Quick Chain can be used vertically, horizontally and at an angle. With these belts, a variety of products can be transported damage-free, quietly and efficiently. Examples include eggs, fruit and crates. Depending on the application, the insertion of the fibers is determined, namely the number of bundles, the diameters of the fibers and the fiber length.
