The core of the flat brush belts consists of chrome leather (with or without strengthened synthetic). In this fixed form a large width is possible. If necessary, steering strings can be used on the bottom. This brush belt can also be delivered with no end or on a roll. A difference compared to the V-belt brush belt is that the brush filling of the flat brush belts can be denser or fuller.
The table below shows our standard models of the brush belt flat. Do you need a brush with different specifications? We are happy to help you with a custom-made brush. Even if you are not yet sure or want advice about a brush, you can contact the sales team at any time.
The Filling material we use for your brush depends on your application, industry and product. Do you have questions about filling materials? Please feel free to contact.
