Brush belt flat

The core of the flat brush belts consists of chrome leather (with or without strengthened synthetic). In this fixed form a large width is possible. If necessary, steering strings can be used on the bottom. This brush belt can also be delivered with no end or on a roll. A difference compared to the V-belt brush belt is that the brush filling of the flat brush belts can be denser or fuller.

PBT Polyester Heat resistant, abrasion resistant, does not retain moisture and certified for food use
PH Horse hair Flexible fiber for light brushing (e.g., for cleaning of plastic strips)
PP Polypropylene Does not retain moisture, acid resistant, lower abrasion resistance than nylon 6.6 and 6.12
RI Rilsan Does not retain moisture, very high abrasion resistance
VH Pig bristles Harder than horse hair
