In the brush ring flat, the plastic core and filling material are pressed into a ring. This process creates the ring as a single piece without using steel. As a result, these brush rings have a lower risk of bristle breakage and no risk of rust formation. The flat brush rings can be used as an alternative to the brush ring with a steel profile. Both rings have a ring width of 15 mm. However, the pressed ring (brush ring flat) does not require spacer rings due to its construction.
The flat brush rings can be easily assembled into a roller brush. This is done by placing the rings consecutively on a machine core. The roller is then used for removing leaves, sand, dirt, and other materials such as rubber from tires on large surfaces, streets, parking lots, and runways.
