Underroller or rotary sweeping broom
The brush ring is made of a steel profile in which the Filling material is clamped. The profile is formed into a ring with the ends securely clamped and welded together. Use brush rings with steel profile to create an underroller or rotary sweeping broom. Determine the amount of brush rings you place sequentially on a machine core.
Plastic Fill and Steel Wire
A roller made of brush rings with plastic Fill easily sweeps away light dirt, leaves and sand. But you can also make a combined roller where you alternate brush rings with plastic Fill and brush rings with steel wire. The advantage of this is that the brush roller is flexible enough to sweep, but also hard enough to remove stubborn dirt and snow.
