Brush ring flat involves pressing the plastic core and Filling material into a ring. Because of this process, the ring is made in one piece and no steel is used. As a result, these brush rings are less likely to break hair and there is no chance of rusting. Brush rings flat can be used as an alternative to the Brush ring steel profile. Both rings have a ring width of 15 mm. But the pressed ring (Brush ring flat) does not need intermediate rings due to its construction.
Brush rings flat can be easily assembled into a bottom roller. This is done by placing the rings sequentially on a machine core. The roller is then used to remove leaves, sand, dirt and other materials such as tire rubber from large areas, streets, parking lots and runways.
