Punched pattern
The brush core of the die-cut brush ring is computer-controlled hole patterned. The punched holes have bundled Filling material that is then attached with a metal clamp.
Creating underroller
Use Brush rings tufted to create an underroller or rotary sweeping broom. This is done by placing brush rings consecutively on a machine core. The roller is great for removing leaves, sand, dirt, snow and other materials such as rubber from tires on large areas, streets, parking lots and runways.
