Unique shape
The Wave ring is a special type of brush ring. Thanks to the Wave shape, the rings are easy to assemble into a bottom roller without the use of intermediate rings. The rings are filled with 20 to 40% more Filling material. Thanks to this fuller Fill and shape, dirt is even better to remove. Available with different options for take-away cams.
Production and assembly
The production of the Wave rings is fully automated. Strict quality controls during the production process guarantee quality brushes. Thanks to the Wave shape, it is very easy to assemble the brush rings. The Waves fit together effortlessly and after the rings are fastening / securing, the roller can rotate at high speed.
